To change your connected email address or change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

On the upper right hand corner of any page you’ll see a link called “Login”. Once you complete your login you will see your user account dashboard.

Select “Account details” to modify your connected email address. Your billing or shipping address can be modified using the “addresses” link.

It happens to the best of us. Go to this page so you can set a new one.

All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.

For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.

Once you login to your account, the dashboard has an “Orders” button where you can see the progress of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain a tracking number. Your order receipt in your dashboard will also provide the tracking number, once your order has shipped.

If you check-out as a guest, then you will receive email confirmation of your order as well as a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please email jodi@artoffactsphotography.com.

Delivery costs are flat rate and based on the subtotal of your order. Once you have placed your items in the cart, the shipping is calculated automatically.

All of my products are custom made when ordered and everything ships from Miami, Florida. Delivery time takes between 7-14 business days.
